Our latest, parallelized in-house #Python script for periodic signal subtraction for #streptavidin affinity grids, inspired from the work of Schultz and co-worker (doi:10.1016/j.jsb.2004.02.001), can process 6400 micgrographs in ~45 minutes with 16 CPU !

Bon…. Voilà ti pas que la lithothérapie pénètre au lycée. Le progrès fait donc rage. J’en déduis que ce n’est plus la peine de se fatiguer à expliquer, de s’échiner à vulgariser, de s’époumonner à transmette. La bataille est perdue. Reste, peut-ètre, l’héroïsme.
