Our Fire Crew remains on scene at the 1/3-acre fire off Lucas Valley Road, working to construct a control line due to the heavy fuel load in the area. The small grass fire is fully contained. There is no threat to structures or the public.

At 11:50pm July 5, a vegetation fire was reported near N San Pedro Road & Miwok Fire Road in China Camp State Park. First responders quickly arrived & determined no structures were threatened. By 12:15am forward progress was stopped. Agencies: San Rafael Fire & Marin County Fire
