This is not just a STEM crisis, it's a crisis of national ESTEEM: Engineering, Science, Tech, Economics, Entrepreneurship and Math

Our young people may not be sufficiently prepared for STEM jobs, they are not adequately versed in Economics and Entrepreneurship.

Think about it ... when do we teach kids to play ball? 2-3? Piano or violin? 4-5? What about entrepreneurship? Post-grad? Maybe. Why?

Teaching entrepreneurship - it's like baseball: start'em early, give them lots of practice, and a ladder from little league to the majors.

We tell our kids to work hard to be successful, but we cast them into the labor force with no understanding of how businesses really work

... with no understanding of how to manifest their creativity as innovative new products and services...how to truly "swing for the fences"
