We are organizing a 2nd edition of PACMI Workshop at MLSys'23. Last year's workshop was a lot of fun, with lots of free-form discussions about practical aspects of ML for Systems. Submissions are very lightweight (1-4 pages). Deadline is March 17, 2023. pacmi-workshop.org

Consider submitting to the 2nd PACMI workshop at MLSys'23. We invite lightweight submissions (1-4 pages) in the broad area of challenges associated with using ML in computer systems. Paper submissions are due on May 17, 2023. pacmi-workshop.org

The 2nd PACMI workshop submission deadline has been extended to March 31, 2023. Our apologies for the confusion by tweeting that the deadline was May 17 instead of March 17 earlier. Papers can be lightweight (1-4 pages) and do not require experimental results.

The call for the ASPLOS'24 Young Architect Workshop is out. Present ongoing work and receive feedback from experts within the community! We intend to cover travel and registration for presenters of accepted submissions. Papers are due on Jan 19, 2024. cs.cmu.edu/~yarch2024/

Delighted that our ASPLOS’20 paper on ML for memory management was selected as a Research Highlight and published in the Communications of the ACM. Our paper asks what happens if you put ML into a memory allocator, which led to surprising results with implications beyond memory.
