. Robomow UK Robomow offering a warranty with your mowers is pretty worthless if you can’t supply the parts to fix them when they fail. Apparently I might be without my mower for weeks or months while you wait for parts!

Hi John Lewis & Partners @JLcustserv have u been made aware that Robomow UK are “currently unable” to honour the warranties on their robotic mowers JL are selling as their parent Robomow can’t/won’t supply parts? U need 2 withdraw their mowers from sale until this dispute is resolved
