Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Martin Heydon attended the North South Ministerial Council in Armagh on Friday. The Minister also held a bilateral meeting with Andrew Muir MLA, Minister of Agriculture, Environment, and Rural Affairs of Northern Ireland.
