Our flight now says delayed until 8:36pm - more than 8 hours after we were supposed to depart. And now it’s not listed in my flight itinerary on my app. I fear it has been cancelled😭

Cancelled after 10 hours of waiting and Southwest Airlines can’t get us to Phoenix until Thursday, a day after we’re supposed to leave for San Diego. I understand weather emergencies can cause chaos but lack of communication during this time is not good customer service!
