Even more poignant thinking about the child and adolescent mental health crisis. And I love that it acknowledges the importance of the parent’s heart (and mental health). Great to hear more about what is happening @PsychiatryUnc from S Meltzer-Brody in her state of the department

I am thinking a lot about community this weekend honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Thank you Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock for saying we are all brothers and sisters. Thank you Ebenezer Baptist Church for allowing NC Scout Troop 39 to take part in an important community building experience.

Thank you Christina Caron for highlighting work burnout. I would like to think about what institutional and systemic changes can occur so it is not all on the individual to find solutions. I fear in medicine we are increasingly losing good people who see no option but to quit.

Thank you John F. Cryan Elaine Hsiao and Philip Burnet for providing comments for this article. Such a great article to share with those who do not yet love the Microbiome (and poop emoji reminders of how we and our microbes are living and working together)
