We are spending the morning with these three awesome guys at Southeast CC’s Windmill Grill. Zach, Tristan and Cole are 18-21 students in ESU 5’s “The Academy”, holding down Mon-Fri jobs at the restaurant. They’re a well-oiled machine, and they’re always smiling. Story coming!
