Is the Abbotsford Canucks’ playoff run making you optimistic about the NHL club’s future? Presented by Bogey Juice.

Would love to vote 'yes' because there is evidence that AHL playoff success eventually trickles up to NHL club, plus really encouraged with what's going on with Manny, Silovs, Karlsson, Mancini, etc. But Hughes' future & Pettersson's need to bounce back loom & are too ominous.

Tough one. Rutherford typically gets his guy and is willing to pay the price. Plus his "will be more expensive not to" comment suggests determination. At same time, many teams looking for a 2C and league is awash in cap space. Voting 'no.'
