2-factor explanations begin by asking "What initially brought delusional idea to mind?" (that's F1). Jesus, what contact did Mrs M have w. butcher before delusion onset? Kapur-style excessive salience could have been during contact. Delusion wd be attempted explanation of this

The problem is that peer review *is* now being paid, in the sense that your peer-reviewing activity is now being documented, so can be added to your CV, and so can now help you get promoted. Could that be the motive for generating reviews by plagiarizing?
