Join us Today at NOON for the #Immunology, #Infection, & #ImmunoOncology (i3) Seminar Series, where Dr. Mykyta Artomov Mykyta Artomov (Nationwide Children's Hospital) will give a seminar titled Decoding disease: how #systems_genetics informs model systems, personalized diagnosis, & population

latest from our lab: ITACONATE MECHANISM SOLVED!! Tom Paulenda Tomas Paulenda solved molecular mechanism of immunoregulatory action of itaconate in macrophages: nature.com/articles/s4225… Previously, our lab has discovered two major immunoregulatory phenotypes of itaconate in

Together with Maxim Artyomov, we wrote a short blog post with the backstory of our itaconate-Prdx5 discovery. It allows a glimpse into how the story evolved over time and how we got here. communities.springernature.com/posts/itaconat…

(2/2) continued from latest from our lab: ITACONATE MECHANISM SOLVED!! For those itaconate aficionados, check out the behind-the-scenes story in a cool Nature based blog posting by Tomas Paulenda and myself - it might help clear some confusions often faced by broader community

If you are at AAI, make sure to stop by to listen to Tomas Paulenda and his story on itaconate mechanism of action on Sunday morning (on your way to beach)

I'm happy to present our new web-tool CORESH alserglab.wustl.edu/coresh/ for searching public gene expression datasets using gene signature as a query, developed by Vladimir Sukhov, which was just published in @NAR_open doi.org/10.1093/nar/gk… 1/n

Wonderful work from Vishwa Deep Dixit and colleagues!
