Ukraine’s delegation has arrived in Istanbul for a second round of peace talks with Russia. The talks are set for Monday afternoon. The sides will exchange memorandums on a possible peace. Russia has refused to share theirs, but complained the Ukrainian one isn’t in Russian.

In a video briefing with reporters moments ago, President Zelensky told us Kyiv's delegation gave a list of 400 abducted children; Russia agreed to return only 10. “They told us, don’t put on a show for sentimental old Europeans who don’t have any children themselves,” he said.
