With great sadness we learn of the tragic air crash bound for Pokhara from Kathmandu in Nepal today. Pokhara is one of Barnet's twin towns. In tribute to the lives lost, the South Asian Heritage flag has been lowered to halfmast. I have sent condolences to the Mayor of Pokhara.
