Very happy to share our latest work on comparing the rules by which antibodies are assembled (VDJ recombination). Turns out, these rules differ across individuals (even twins!) with implications for the probability with which each individual generates antigen-specific antibodies.

Another new preprint! We combined virtually-docked 3D-antibody-antigen binding complexes with an unbiased in silico oracle to explore at unprecedented resolution the principles of ML-based antibody design with respect to affinity, conformational epitope, and developability. 1/2
