We are excited to announce that the CP@clinic/CP@home Program Training has received accreditation from the Global Paramedic Higher Education Council @GPHEC! We will be offering updated, accredited CP@clinic/CP@home Program training to Paramedic Services implementing our Program!

There is Hamilton Paramedics, who as part of their Community Paramedicine work have a Social Navigator program that serves people living with mental health and addictions issues 5/12

I'd be remiss not to mention Community Paramedicine at Clinic and their evidenced driven program that provides chronic disease prevention, management and health promotion. This program is being implemented by multiple Paramedic Services across Ontario. 6/12
