Today’s discovery is that in my years at the shop cataloguing I have used the word ‘complimentary’ twice but the word ‘disputatious’ three times.

Clarence found an old 1978 Yellow Pages recently so of course he turned to 'Books, rare and secondhand'. Surprised to see how few were listed. Just McNaughtan's Bookshop and ourselves (listed as West Port Books) left

The Edinburgh Book Fair is now open! Two floors, dozens of booksellers with rare, collectible, secondhand, and interesting books, prints, ephemera, and other fascinating objects. Find us at the Radisson Blu on the Royal Mile until 7pm today and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
