Sorry been working so couldn’t update the waiting fans…but what a cracker of a game, end to end stuff! We raced to an early lead before conceding some sloppy goals, was able to equalise it up and take a well deserved draw! (If you ignore the 4 goals we conceded first half)

Penultimate league fixture tomorrow against Manor. First game ended 4-1 so I’m sure they’ll be out for revenge, hopefully we can do the business and secure the highest position possible. #UpTheMavs

Huge game Sunday as we defend our crown in the Sir John Wood cup. Manor folding meant we received a bye to the semis but to get to Hyde we have to beat a team that we’ve never managed to beat before. It’s gonna be tough but I’m hopeful we can pull summit out the bag. #UpTheMavs

Narrow loss last night in the final. Came in heavy underdogs but grafted like fuck and were in it till the very end, can’t fault any of the lads (well except me for my spillage 😩) absolutely mega from everyone. Back next year to do it all over again! #UpTheMavs
