Attention Montgomery College students!

It’s ok not to be ok. No one is happy all of the time, we all experience a wide range of emotions in different intensities. Experience your negative emotions, but try not to get swept away by them. If you need help to do that, there’s no shame or weakness in seeing a therapist.

We’ve taken a break for a few weeks, but mindfulness meditations are back on beginning next week! Tuesdays from 12-12:15 and Wednesdays from 1:30-1:45. Stay tuned for Zoom link info.
