600th Medina I.O.W parkrun for us today!! Celebrated in style! Thanks to all who made it happen and all who took part.

Tomorrow’s run is a nominated time run. The one to finish nearest to their nominated time wins the ‘Patrick Skelton cup’! One rule - no watches!!! Please find John Hepworth at the start (he’ll be bald chap with a clipboard) to nominate your time.
