I'll be shocked if there aren't some changes to the setup tomorrow. Gusts around 20-30 mph and the heat index will be over 100 again. Expect some tees to be moved around and the greens might get some water. Let's get pace of play under 5 hours please.

Final Friday note...there was just one round in the 60s today. Charley Hull shot 69 and went from T119 to T25. Leapfrogged almost two thirds of the field and put herself in the mix.

Grace Kim hit the right notes here... "It's tough. It's a major, so it's a given. I think it does get to a point where some pins just didn't quite match the wind conditions so that makes it extra tough. Everyone is in the same boat, so just got to kind of cop one on the chin."

The teeth have been taken out of #8. Birdies there this week... Thurs - 8 Fri - 9 Sat - 1 Sun - 8 (with half the field left to play)

PGA Frisco will wind up with a scoring average of 75.6 for the week - the highest for any LPGA major since the 2013 U.S. Women's Open.

What a performance by Minjee. Steadied the ship and steered it in. Composed the whole way through and was up to the challenge all week long.

"Do I love everything about PGA Frisco? Hardly. Do I think the setup was perfect this week? No, but I do think it’s a course that can produce interesting major championships. Much of the angst was from a lack of understanding of the question that Gil Hanse and his team were

Mel Reid's comments regarding the setup at PGA Frisco for the KPMG Women's PGA Championship made waves this weekend. Meg Adkins and Matthew Galloway weighed in on The Mixed Bag and explained why the complaints from commentators and players alike missed the mark.

Minjee Lee’s final round 78 at last year’s U.S. Women’s Open stuck with her through the rest of the 2024 season — but just over a year later, she became a major champion once again. On a bonus episode of The Mixed Bag, the newly-minted KPMG Women's PGA champ joins Meg Adkins

Bonus episode! Loads of insight as Minjee reflects on a tough 2024 and talks about the changes she put into place earlier this year. Plus, get her two cents on the Fields Ranch East setup.

Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco stifled many of the game's best earlier this month, but not Auston Kim. Following her T-2 at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, she joined The Mixed Bag to explain how the much-maligned course fit her game to a tee.

I'll be taking this tip from Auston and counting my steps in my next high stakes couples match. Check out the full episode here: open.spotify.com/episode/7dVpLa…

"One factor that lessens the LIV concern is that LPGA leaders won’t repeat the mistakes of Jay Monahan in dealing with the LIV leadership. Don't expect to see any jabs about 'legacy, not leverage,' or letters beginning 'Surely you jest.' With barely any financial footing to stand
