Since I was elected I’ve been pushing all levels of government for redevelopment funding for Kirkcaldy town centre. From the Chancellor of the Exchequer to the Secretary of State for Scotland and many others - on Monday I raised it again in the House of Commons.

I'm delighted that today the Chancellor Rachel Reeves prioritised Kirkcaldy for funding from the new £240 million Growth Mission Fund. This crucial investment from our UK Labour Government will be the first step towards renewing and regenerating our town centre and seafront.
