NEW - David Eby has passed Bill 15 in a tie vote broken by the Speaker. 47-46. The legislation has collapsed Eby’s relationship w/ First Nations leadership orgs who vow protests and legal challenges for not being consulted. Cons, Greens and 3 independents all voted against.
