When we say Kyiv is winning the information war, far too often we only mean information spaces we inhabit. Pulling apart the most obvious RU info op to date (as we did using semantic modelling), very clear it is targeting BRICS, Africa, Asia. Not the West really at all.

Despite Texas having the highest population of African Americans in the country at 13.2%, we only make up 4.5% of the full-time faculty at UT Austin. For Texas A&M it’s even less at 3.6%. These stats reflect decades of discriminatory practices. We need DEI. #txlege #TxforDEI

32 years ago in 1991 the Soviet Union collapsed and Ukraine declared independence. That year I was graduating from high school. The world around me crumbled. I realized that my life was a lie. Everything I had been taught about the world was not true 1/

Remember this summer - the record break heatwaves, the record wildfires, record floods, record temperatures? Let's ensure that this summer is the last reminder we needed before we did something about it. No time to waste. #ActOnClimate #climate #energy #renewables

"Dear friends, scientifically, this is not a #ClimateCrisis. We are now facing something deeper. Mass extinction. Air pollution. Undermining ecosystem functions. Really putting humanity’s future at risk. This is a #PlanetaryCrisis." — Professor Johan Rockström #ActOnClimate

Incredibly brave testimony from IU Associate Dean for Graduate Education Elizabeth Dunn: Whitten's repression has broken "the fundamental link between us and our students." "There's a high likelihood I'll be fired today."
