#Champurrado is probably for me the most loved drink to have during this time of the year. It is is this hot #chocolate thickened with masa (corn dough), sweetened with piloncillo and made special with cinnamon. So comforting, perfect to warm you up during this freezing weather

Tinga de Pollo ♥️ Chicken Tinga . This dish can also be made using pork or beef. The meat is shredded and then cooked in a tomato, onion and chipotle sauce. It needs to be a bit spicy! . I love eating it on a tostada or as a ‘guisado’, stew, with some rice and beans.
