Looking back, I reckon I was blessed with times that favoured creative brutality, the 80s. That was a great precursor for immediate social art, 2010 onwards. Brutality doesn’t mean necessarily exterior violence but razor sharp composition values. Satie is brutal his own way.

You know the old adage that art should raise questions. I do not agree. The art I appreciate is made of answers. Maybe the wrong ones, but still coherent thesis and responses to inputs - often detected by the artist themselves.
