This is good news but £440k over 2 years for audits is maybe about 30 websites a year. Each government department has hundreds of sites. This isn't the only money being spent on audits in government but we probably will have to spend a lot more than this.

Having thought for years that the UX for supermarket self scan could be improved by adding more barcodes I find @LidlGB are doing it on several of their products. You just wave it and it's more likely to scan. Brilliant.

Worth a read to understand that an app like this succeeds or fails depending on how the whole public health system works.
