ALCDSB staff went on a Seeing Is Believing Tour to visit three organizations in Kingston supported by United Way KFL&A. Thanks to Big Brothers Big Sisters, Youth Diversion and One Roof for opening their doors to the group and explaining all of the amazing work they do.

The 2023-24 EQAOĀ provincial assessments results were presented by Jenn Johnston, maureen mcgrathĀ and Michael Faught in a presentation to the Board this evening. ALCDSB is proud of these results, as they are evidence of the work being done inĀ our Catholic Learning Communities.


Focus on Youth Project Co-Leads, Alana McGilly & Colleen Glancey Cox present program results to Trustees at October Board. A total of 29 youth representing all 5 secondary schools completed the program which included a co-op credit, workplace training & employment in a Summer School.



Mike Bibby, Outdoor & Environmental Education, delivers mid-term report Ā to Trustees. The presentation elaborated on how cross-curricular collaborations, inquiry-based learning & experiential learning opportunities are offered to students through Outdoor Ed programs. Mike Bibby
