So proud of the amazing work on sleep and #aphasia that Emily Goldberg (she/her) is leading, and the wonderful recognition this award entails.

So excited to see this work, led by the remarkable Haley Dresang, PhD and Yina Quique, make its way into the world. Echoing hope for increased partnerships and more work addressing the full range of cultural and linguistic diversity. π

Thrilled to be a Fulbright Australia scholar! My project hosted by michaelwalshdickey Pitt Communication Science and Disorders & #VAPittsburgh will examine how socioeconomic status impacts healthcare access & outcomes for people with #aphasia. Grateful for the support of many as I embark on this incredible opportunity!

Now I know what my spring break reading is - thanks, Anne Billot, PhD, @annebillot.bsky.social, Swathi Kiran!

We have an exciting new paper out in #Aphasiology - "Gesture profiles distinguish primary progressive aphasia variants." We found substantial #gesture differences in svPPA compared to other #PPA variants. Get a free copy! tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10β¦ #aphasia Laurel Buxbaum Argye Hillis

Really proud to be part of this work demonstrating that intensive #aphasia treatment does not lead to elevated fatigue - reason for optimism regarding ICAPs as a service-delivery model. Pitt Communication Science and Disorders aphasiacre
