Perfect summer reading, and now easy to pack. Perfect winter reading too, now I come to think of it. A book for all seasons and tax years.

We may (and will) rightly complain about much that comes out of the OECD - but Pascal has led the debate in good directions that were unthinkable a few years ago. A job very well done, and a place in tax history.
