Heads up! Works to install the Overhead Line Equipment continue in Albert Street this week, and paving works on nearby Dale End wrap up with the footpath opening back up to pedestrians.

This week on the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill extension, brick cladding has been installed on Horseley Road tram stop. Alongside that, top soil and hydroseeding activities have taken place at various other parts of the route.

In Birmingham this week, as part of the Birmingham Eastside Metro extension, more finishing and paving works have taken place in the Moor Street Queensway area. Also, further works on the installation of planters for future greenery outside of the Clayton Hotel have taken place.

This week sees Information Displays starting to pop up in tram stops around the Wednesbury to Brierley Hill extension - an exciting step for sure! Alongside that, the power supply units have begun installation inside the new Wednesbury Metro Depot extension

Things are really coming together outside of the Clayton Hotel, as part of the Birmingham Eastside Metro extension. New paving is being laid outside of the hotel, along with the foundations for new bus stops and continued work on the planters for some much-needed greenery.
