📢 As part of the ENNEbA project, MIDPKENYA and project partners SEI, CETRAD, Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research PIK and NDMA Kenya hosted a tree planting ceremony at Kambi ya Juu Primary School for the Blind in Isiolo County Government. Project details: buff.ly/2e0kJFr

Funded by IKI Germany, this project supports the Government of Kenya, five county governments, local communities, and agro-based private enterprises in the Ewaso Ng’iro North Catchment Area.

It promotes EbA adaptation & integrated planning across water, energy, agriculture & land use to build resilient livelihoods by applying EbA & nexus approaches to co-produce water-energy-food knowledge with diverse stakeholders, informing effective decision-making & policymaking.

We joined @MIDP_Kenya and partners under the WEF Nexus project for a tree planting drive at Kambi ya Juu Integrated Primary school in Isiolo. 1,000trees were planted and the students will grow them. This is in support of Kenya’s 15B Tree Campaign. SEI Africa #WEFNexus #EbA

Today, we held a Champions' Day event at Nasuroi village in Ngaremara ward of Isiolo County under Promoting Resilience Inclusivityand Meaningful Engagement(PRIME) Program implemented by MIDPKENYA in partnership with Mercy Corps Kenya .The theme for the day was health and education.
