I’m very Happy for the opportunity to present #micronuclAI at the #I2K conference Human Technopole. Insightful questions and discussions today!
Starting today as a Staff Scientist at EMBL-EBI! I will continue my work Saez-Rodriguez Group on multicellular processes with multi-scale omics. Excited to join the Genome Campus community and see where the science takes us! ☺️ Happy to catch up with friends and colleagues in Cambridge.
After nearly two years of hard work, the paper I coauthored with my lifelong partner, and now fiancé, is out in Nature Neuroscience 🎉 No podria estar més feliç d’haver-ho fet junts Celia Lerma Martin 😊
📢 It’s out!! 🎉 Huge thanks to everyone involved, and especially to my partner-in-crime Pau Badia i Mompel 🥸🧡 Swipe for ‘Before and After’ pics. 10 years together, and maybe just a little bit wiser 😉 Després de no fer projectes junts a la carrera, aquest ens ha sortit prou bé😋
I made a genomic scientists trained in Mexico 🇲🇽 starter pack. I'd like for our voices to be heard! If you can help spread the word, that'd be great! Thank you! ComunidadBioInfo NNB-UNAM Red Mexicana de Bioinformática LCG UNAM LCG UNAM CCG UNAM Instituto de Biotecnología UNAM LIIGH
Happy to share our latest Open Problems paper on our perturbation prediction competition and living benchmark, accepted for publication at NeurIPS 2024. A fun project with many collabs led by Artur Szałata and Andrew Benz! Community-driven standards & data for perturbation models
We will be at the inaugural #ESSB conference this week in Berlin, presenting with Maria Puschhof a talk on multi-modal whole brain tumor profiling, Philipp Schäfer with Jovan Tanevski a poster on analyzing cross-condition/temporal spatial data [1/2]
Chang Lu with Jovan Tanevski a poster on integrating spatial GEX and VDJ to elucidate intra- and intercellular signalling and as session chair the founding member Julio Saez-Rodriguez. [2/2]

Most biological processes, like stem cell differentiation, branch into multiple fates, but current trajectory inference methods only predict single paths.🌳To fix this, we introduce BranchSBM 🌿, from our unstoppable Sophia Tang ! 🌟 📜: arxiv.org/abs/2506.09007 💻:
