Today we begin a hunger strike in front of the White House demanding a permanent ceasefire.

I’m relieved by the reunification of Palestinian, Israeli, American, Thai & Filipino families. All hostages, including those arbitrarily detained, must be released. We cannot bomb our way to peace—we must keep pushing for diplomatic solutions. We need a permanent ceasefire NOW.

The UN system as it stands will never be able to protect and/ or defend colonised and indigenous people. Claims otherwise are at best naive and at worst insidiously complicit in their oppression.
