Using a MacBook and iPhone/Apple Watch? I recommend installing github.com/ts1/BLEUnlock and configure it to auto-lock your laptop if you forget (-65dbm seems to work fine). Hopefully Apple can get this into MacOS at some point - in addition to their auto-unlock.
