Our article “Privileged and Other Civilians” is out Millennium Journal, co-authored w/Christiane Wilke, Hijaab, Leah & Basir. Drawing on Iraq & Afghanistan, we argue when civilians r harmed by US forces, their proximity to Western institutions shapes their credibility & compensation.1/
