I’m in a symposium in Zanzibar. I’ve heard they have a bare minimum of ECG machines on the whole island so rarely diagnose an ACS. It occurs to me that our hospitals are full of unused, ‘out of date’ ECG machines. If you have one, let me know. I will find it a home.
