The wheel of the mediaeval corn-mill that is Gavin's Mill in Milngavie hasn't turned since 1960. But it was turning today thanks to some local volunteers as me & my Mrs were having lunch there. The mill, there since the reign of James IV, is served by the Allander Water stream.
