Brilliant meeting Tom today - our fundraising champion for this year's Hackney Half. He raised an incredible £4,415 for our charity. We're glad to have him back for next year's Hackney Half - so see you then Tom, and thanks for your amazing effort!

Well deserved appreciation post for Hans and all the team at Blend And Roast Lea Bridge Library. They were brilliant at catering for our Wellbeing Cafe based out of the library over the last few months. Be sure to check them out for a brilliant space and excellent coffee!
