Anytime the past can meet and respect the present and vice versa-it is special. Dave was awesome talking about his experiences with Coach Kelly and what competing in the 1970’s looked like. Enlightening to me as well as a very humble Jack Yoder. Neither story is done being told!

Congrats to our kids last night in their performances at the regional meet. Their competitive spirit is what I want to commend the most. Competing is a choice- and it’s not always the easy choice. I am so incredibly proud of how hard our kids compete.

Was able to win the 800m at Regionals back to back years as a sophomore and now junior, this year with a time of 1:54.27 on Thursday to advance to state. Our 4x8 team also were Regional champs setting a new meet record of 7:50.65! Looking forward to seeing what I can do at State!

There will be a send-off ceremony for our boys track athletes competing in State Finals on Thursday at 2:30 PM at CHS Door 21. Come show these guys your support as they head to Indianapolis!

Congrats to Jack Yoder for finishing 7th in the 800m last night. First individual placer for Concord in a distance race since 1997!

Ran 4.5 at the camp. Someone is going to pull the trigger this summer and get a great player. Checks every box except “height”. Athleticism and ball skills more than make up for it.
