There is so much happening with our checks and balances right now that it can be hard to follow. We did our best today in lawfare to explain what's happening to federal spending, and how the courts fit in.

People should be able to freely express themselves online.Ā  AI bots are not people. Companies who build AI bots to addict our kids are not engaging in expressive speech and thankfully our courts agree.
