#Initiation of sac/val in pts with #denovo #HFrEF improves NPs & outcomes. However, RCTs were of modest size. In European Society of Cardiology Journals, #RWE from >3200 #Medicare enrollees assessed sac/val in this pop. finding similar efficacy to #RCTs. Early #ImpSci leads to sustained⏬clinical events.
