MKA (1-2) fell to Morristown-Beard (2-1) 23-0 yesterday. Francis Ogbuehi recovered a fumble, while Alex Scuorzo & Frits Schwartz each had sacks. Offensively, Allan Haynes led the Cougars with 113 combined passing and rushing yards.

MKA and Morristown-Beard get together again tomorrow at Morristown-Beard for a JV game at 4:15 PM.

MKA JV (1-0) defeated Morristown-Beard JV 39-14 yesterday at Morristown-Beard. KJ Wade accounted for SIX touchdowns as he ran for four touchdowns and threw for two more, with one to Antonio Sousa and one to Isaiah Medley.

Defensively, the Cougars were led by Trevor Duhaime, who had two sacks. Arthur Strouse, Colin Duffy and Ryan Gambuzza also had sacks. Tej Bakaya also had an interception for the Cougars.

MKA (1-2) hosts Riverdale Country Day School (NY) (2-0) tomorrow at 2:30 PM on Van Brunt Field!

MKA (1-3) fell to Riverdale (NY) (3-0) 20-14 in OT yesterday on Van Brunt Field. Allan Haynes rushed for 196 yards and 2 TD, while Francis Ogbuehi added 86 yards rushing on the day.

MKA (1-3) will face Fieldston (NY) (1-2) on Saturday at Noon in the Bronx!

MKA (2-3) defeated Fieldston (1-3) 10-7 in the Bronx this afternoon. Sam Akaho had a Touchdown Run and Antonio Sousa's 35 yard FG right before the half were the deciding points in the game.

Offensively, Allan Haynes had 127 yards rushing, while Ben Safirstein added 73 yards on the ground. This was the second straight game the Cougars rushed for over 200 yards.

Defensively, Langston Ajayi led the way with 5 tackles and 2.5 sacks. Will Morral also added 9 tackles in the victory.

MKA JV Football (2-0) defeated Indian Hills JV 21-7 today on Van Brunt Field. KJ Wade, Ryan Gambuzza, and Alex Scuorzo all scored on the ground for the Cougars.

MKA (2-4) fell to Columbia (3-2) 21-12 last night at Underhill Sports Complex. Columbia led 21-0 at the Half, but MKA cut the lead to 21-12, leading to an exciting finish. Sam Akaho had a Touchdown Run and Nico Schwartz threw a Touchdown Pass to Isaiah Clark for the Cougars.

Defensively vs. Columbia, Alex Scuorzo and Francis Ogbuehi led the way with 9 tackles each. Isaiah Clark had an Interception, and Isaiah Medley and Nathan Kissel recovered fumbles.

MKA's JV (2-1) fell to Blair's JV 24-7 on Van Brunt Field on Monday. KJ Wade rushed for a TD, Isaiah Medley forced a fumble, and Isaac Lesser had an Interception for the Cougars.

MKA (2-4) hosts Rye Country Day (3-1) tomorrow at 1:30 PM on Van Brunt Field. It is Homecoming, Senior Day, and there will be a tribute to Todd Morici '13, who passed away last Spring.

Rye Country (4-1) defeated MKA (2-5) 13-0 on Van Brunt Field yesterday. Francis Ogbuehi had 96 yards rushing offensively and 10 tackles defensively, while Isaiah Medley added 9 tackles and an Interception.

MKA (2-6) fell to Poly Prep (5-3) on Saturday in Brooklyn. Alex Scuorzo & Will Morral led the Cougars with 9 Tackles each, while Isaiah Medley added 8 Tackles. Isaiah Clark & Allan Haynes also forced fumbles on the Defensive side of the ball.

Fieldston (4-5) defeated MKA (2-7) 17-13 in the MIFL "Bowl" Semi-Finals on Van Brunt Field on Saturday afternoon. Francis Ogbuehi & Benji Safirstein each ran for a Touchdown for the Cougars.
