Crews have begun laying fresh asphalt where Monday’s water main break significantly damaged the Southbound Lanes of Wisconsin Avenue between Old Georgetown Road and Montgomery Avenue in Downtown Bethesda. The Southbound Lanes are expected to remain closed for most of the night.
