Today University of Wisconsin Neuroradiology we finished up the H&N cancer series with a review of Nasopharyngeal Cancer. For NPC, think EBV rather than HPV (Oropharynx) Tumor staging depends on sites of invasion, not size Nodes below the cricoid = N3 disease DDx: NPC, lymphoma & skull base osteo
