After riding over to #milkbrook all week in this weather one of our instructors, Pete, certainly deserves a coffee before delivering Bikeability 🤣☕ with pedal power. It's been a great week with lots of kids learning new cycling & life skills!

How many people does it take to fix a #balancebike 😬🤣 They got there in the end! Internally routed cables are a pain & we always do love a bit of team work! We love sharing knowledge & learning from each and always looking for new people to #getinvolved in #volunteering!

Big thanks to Rebecca Kinge from SouthamptonVS who met with a few of our volunteers to run a workshop to help us think about what our values are as a group. It was great to think about these things & we will be using the outputs from this session to help shape our future.

Sun and smiles today on the #AvenueVerte as we celebrated the start of Paralympics #Paris2024 with our own adapted cycling event on the path at near Newhaven 🌞 👩‍🦽 🚴‍♀️. Local people got a chance to try out various adapted cycles thanks to Cuckmere Cycle Co. @motability 😀
