New preprint from the Ming Li lab. I will be speaking about it in two days, at the Lysosome and Endocytosis GRC. In this study, we discovered a new regulator of the M6P pathway. GCAF means the new protein we found can “caffeinate/active” GNPTAB.

How it started vs how it’s going… On Sept. 1, 2017, I started as a new postdoc in UMCDB and today I’m faculty. I feel truly blessed to have achieved what felt like an impossible goal, but I made it and the The Spriggs Lab is officially open! 🥳 Let’s do this! 🦠🔬🧫 #NewPI
