Got v annoyed with 4 year old stalling bedtime by refusing to drink the glass of water I traipsed downstairs to get him from the supper table. Insisted it smelled like wine. Eventually told him to just get in bed. Went downstairs and took a sip of the water. Was wine.

Today marks a different kind of anniversary. One year of working from home; for me and many of my The University of Manchester colleagues. Hope you're all doing okay out there and we get to safely, see each other in-person again some time soon. #OneYearOn #WorkingFromHome

THREAD Every time a new James Bond film is made, the producers are asked to reconsider their representation of disfigurement. Every time, they say they don't care. The new film, out this week, is no exception. This time, two villains with facial disfigurements. Lucky us.
