used the new aws websocket service for a week now i haven't seen this good of a release from aws in a while - it's well thought through for advanced cases but also simple and lets you avoid heavy aws patterns if you want and it's reliable and performant the interesting bit is

This is a great change by the #AWS AWS CloudFormation team that will help people understand the nature of the resource graph that CFN uses, as well as the difference between resource deployment and consistency checks. Huge update 🙌 aws.amazon.com/blogs/devops/p…

Looks like Twitter exodus is a thing (no this is not like those surveys that show 89% of the companies considering leaving the cloud, this is actually happening)

The best way to celebrate a new reInvent announcement is to create that new feature using AWS CDK. Amazon EKS Auto Mode with CDK here! 2019 reInvent when Massimo Re Ferrè and Nathan announced EKS with Fargate support, I was in the hotel creating my first EKS Fargate cluster using CDK.

Did you know Amazon Q Developer has a CLI that lets you interact with Amazon Q through natural language conversations, questions, and responses? Today we’ve enhanced that experience even further, with a new CLI agent, which we think will change the way you work! It is also fun.

My 7 year old is ‘vibe coding’ with Q Developer in the CLI, building a memory match game with historical figures. A new era indeed … 💻

INCREDIBLE!!! Check out this local terminal agent! AWS Developers just dropped something big: a supercharged CLI inside Amazon Q Developer. It's like pair programming with an LLM right in your terminal. You can try it for FREE!
