This wknd’s lesson in grit. Despite dialing in nutrition/hydration 4 weeks btwn attempts, I still started the run nauseous on my 2nd #ironman703. I almost quit @ mile 4.7 of the run, but a little voice said “keep going.” So glad I did. Beat my last time by 10 min! #StVrainStorm
